Information on your business deposit account is regular and transparent and easily accessible.
- We will send you written confirmation of your new account number, initial deposit and the applicable interest rate within three business days of receiving your application.
- We will confirm any transactions on your account
- We will tell you about any interest rate changes
- We will send you an annual statement on the anniversary of your account being opened, which will include all transactions on your account for the previous year
- We will send out Audit Letters to your accountant on your written request
- You can ask us for a Certificate of Interest at no charge by calling our Business Deposit Accounts Team on 0845 045 0900 or you can email us using our Online Enquiry Form
