WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?

This service is available to:

  • Business customers holding a Quick Access, 7 Day or 30 Day Business Deposit Account
  • Only authorised representatives may register (a separate form must be filled in for each Authorised Representative who wishes to use the AngloConnect service)

WHAT DO I NEED TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE?

1. Complete a registration form and submit by post.
2. Receive your User ID in the post.
3. Log into AngloConnect using your User ID and your chosen Password and security questions.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

A PC, Internet access and a printer. PC software and hardware specification guidelines:

Video: 800x600, 256 colours (minimum)
ConnectionISDN 112k or higher (recommended)
56k Dial-up connection (minimum)

(While the minimum hardware requirements described above are sufficient to run the system, higher system specifications will result in enhanced performance)

* The latest Windows Service Packs and critical updates should be installed. These are available online at Microsoft.com.
