Minimum Annual Fee
General administration fees include: preparation of all minutes, maintenance of
company's registers, preparation and filing of statutory documentation and the holding of Directors'
meetings. These fees are charged on a time basis with a minimum annual fee as stated above.
Administration time spent on a daily basis will be charged at the prevailing hourly charge out rates and
any time spent in excess of this minimum annual fee, will be charged at the usual quarter ends in arrears. |
