For a Trust to exist, there must be a relationship between the settlor and the Trustee.
This relationship is normally established by the execution of a Trust deed.
This Trust deed defines the Trustees duties and responsibilities. The settlor may provide the Trustees
with a non-binding letter of wishes, which the Trustees would be asked to consider prior to making any decisions
concerning the Trust assets.
In order to establish a Trust, we need certain information about the settlor.
