In 1998 the Bank acquired the Investment Division of Mees Pierson - a well established fund manager on the Island. With the acquisition came a wealth of experience in global capital markets and a highly trained and professional staff.

The Company's principal place of business is in the Isle of Man. Copies of the latest audited accounts are filed with the Registrar of Companies in the Isle of Man.
