
Declan McAdams - Chairman of the Executive Board
Declan McAdams joined Anglo Irish Bank (Suisse) in May, 2002. Since joining the Group in 1999, Mr. McAdams was Group General Manager - Finance and member of the Group Credit Committee. Before joining Anglo Irish Bank Group, Mr. Mc Adams was Finance Director of Coolmore Stud and he was Chief Executive Officer of Deacons, an international law firm in Hong Kong. Mr. McAdams has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Accountants, and holds an MBA (INSEAD).

Mr Mark Cook - Asset Manager
After graduating as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the University of Kent in Canterbury in 1995,
Mr Mark Cook was employed by Gerifonds S.A. in Lausanne as a fund manager. In November 1997, he joined Banque Marcuard
Cook & Cie as an asset manager.

Mr Luis Fuentes - Asset Manager
Mr Luis Fuentes joined Cook & Cie S.A., the asset management company, in September 1980. Working in close collaboration with
Mr Jacques Girod, he acquired over the years in-depth experience of the share, bond and currency markets, and he was
responsible for trading room. Since June 2001, he has been working as an asset manager.

Mr Jacques Girod - Member of the Executive Board
From 1968 to 1972, Mr Jacques Girod was responsible for the Stock Exchange and Securities service at Société Ralli de
Banque et de Placements S.A. After a training course in London with White Weld Securities (a subsidary of Clariden Finanz A.G.) he joined Mr. Neville Cook,
at Brolliet & Cie and then as a partner in the establishment of Cook & Cie S.A.

Mr Jean-Luc Girod - Asset Manager
Mr Jean-Luc Girod joined Cook & Cie S.A., the asset management company, in January 1989. Up until August 1999, he worked in
the front office where he specialised in investment fund management, liquid assets as well as all operations pertaining to
the share, bond and currency markets. Currently, he works as an asset manager in collaboration with Mr Jacques Girod.

Mr Pierre Olivier Kramer - Asset Manager
After graduating in economics at the University of Lausanne in 1993 and holding the Swiss federal diploma of portfolio
manager and financial analyst, Olivier Kramer started his career in Geneva in the beginning of 1994 as a portfolio
manager with UOB (United Overseas Bank) in the Private Banking department. He moved to Montreal, Canada in early 1998
where he worked at the local office of the Geneva based private bankers Lombard Odier & Cie and was in charge of portfolio
management and development of the local on-shore private clientele. In May 2001, he joined Anglo Irish Bank (Suisse) SA in
Geneva.

Mr Paul Turpin - Asset Manager
Paul Turpin joined the bank in 2001 having previously had responsibility for the asset management team at the private bank of
Anglo Irish Bank in Dublin. Before joining the Anglo Irish Bank group in 1999, his career included working with Goodbody
Stockbrokers, Irish Life Investment Managers, as economic adviser to Irish Government Ministers and with the European
Commissions in Brussels.

Mr José Balagué - Head of Trading Room
After training and working in London with RNB, Mr José Balagué worked from 1985 to 2001 at Julius Baer in Geneva.
As a Vice president, he was responsible for front office operations and was a member of the treasury team. Mr Balagué had the responsibility to develop
and advise professional clients for financial and currency markets. He joined Anglo Irish
Bank in June 2001.

Markus Gnädinger - Portfolio Manager
Mr Markus Gnädinger is a portfolio manager since 2001. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer
of the bank since he joined it in 1998. Between 1989 and 1998 he was external auditor of the bank while working for Ernst
& Young, where he specialized in audits of banks and asset management companies. In 1994 he graduated as a Swiss Certified
Accountant.

Mr Roger Landucci - Head of Advisory
After graduating as a Bachelor of Economics at the St.Gall University,
Mr Roger Landucci started his career with Darier Hentsch & Cie, during which time he was sent to a
number of countries for training programs. Upon his return in Geneva, he joined Ferrier Lullin & Cie SA
as an asset manager assistant. In 1999 he joined the Julius Baer Group as head of the advisory department.
He recently joined Anglo Irish Bank, responsible for equity advisory as well as member of the bank
investment policy committee.

Marc Cohen - Head of Alternative Investment Selection
After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and becoming a chartered accountant,
Marc Cohen started his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Montreal. In 1996, he moved to Grand Cayman were he
worked for both Deloitte & Touche and Citco Fund Services (Cayman Islands) Ltd. At Deloitte, Marc performed audits for
financial institutions and "hedge" funds. At Citco, Marc was a senior account manager in charge of the administration of a
portfolio of 20 hedge funds. He became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1999. In 2000, he moved to Geneva as operations
manager for Citco Fund Services (Suisse) SA. He joined Anglo Irish Bank in January 2001. His responsibilities at Anglo Irish Bank include selection of alternative investments, structuring the bank's model portfolios. He is a member of the bank's
investment committee.
