On 24 February 2011 a Transfer Order was made by the Irish High Court that facilitates the Minister's plan to restructure Anglo Irish Bank. The legal effect of the transfer is that the vast majority of customer deposit accounts held with Anglo Irish Bank in the UK are now held with AIB Group (UK) p.l.c. Learn more
