Funding is available for land acquisition, construction and professional fees on pre-let (or substantially pre-let) schemes, or where there is a committed pre-sale. Finance costs are rolled up through the construction period to practical completion.
We do not consider high loan to value non-recourse financing, but subject to the nature of the scheme we can provide up to 100% funding of the total scheme cost.
