Securitisation
Anglo Irish Bank has now launched and closed two securitisation deals of UK Commercial Mortgages through special purpose companies under the Monument brand.
The first deal, for 375 million was closed on 22 September 2000, and is known as Monument Securitisation (CMBS) No. 1 plc ("Monument 1"). Please click on the following link for more information on Monument 1 including the current interest rates, pool factors and historical Investor reports.
