Cash Management:
We offer a wide range of cash management options from our offices in the UK and the ability to pay net or gross interest subject to your tax and residency status. Deposits can be made in the major currencies. If you wish to deposit sums of less than �1 million you may be interested in our 7 day notice account. We also offer specialised cash management service for those clients with amounts in excess of �1 million.
Portfolio Management:
Our investment objective is the protection and creation of wealth on behalf of our clients. This is normally achieved through a discretionary managed portfolio where we seek to minimise risk and enhance investment returns. We do this by investing in a variety of asset classes subject to a client's risk/ return profile which may include fixed income, equity or capital protected products, property, and hedge funds.
We are regulated by the FSA to give investment advice.
Property Investment:
Commercial property lending is a core business for Anglo Irish Bank and we have substantial expertise in property investment on behalf of our clients. This may include indirect investment through property funds or syndicated transactions, or direct investment into a single property. Regions we have invested in include Europe, Ireland, UK and the USA.
Tax and Estate Planning:
As individuals, we spend so much time involved in the day-to-day issues of our corporate or business life that little time is left for long term financial planning. To whom do we want to leave our assets to when we die? How should this be structured? How do I ensure that my children do not receive too much money too young, but enough to give them financial independence?
We can assist in answering these questions by reviewing your professional and family circumstances and making recommendations as to how to structure your financial assets.
Lending:
We can assist in lending against the security of other assets, such as an investment portfolio or property.
