How to open an account


Opening an account is very straightforward: all we need is a completed mandate and to see a copy of your charity's Trust Deed (or other governing document). Once all necessary forms have been received, accounts can usually be opened within 48 hours.

You can download a trust mandate here or alternatively call 020 7710 7100 and request us to put a mandate in the post.

Please note that Charities should be resident in the UK and registered with the Charity Commissioners.

Minimum amount for fixed term deposit is GBP£1 million (For amounts less than this please see our Charity Notice Deposit section).
